Black Anvil Creative is a small marketing agency located in Middlebury Indiana. Our current team of 9 cover print design, photography, 3D rendering, digital marketing, social media management and web development. We are currently seeking a talented and innovative Web Developer with experience in WordPress to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, WordPress websites to best practices
- Convert full design mockups into functional websites using a visual builder
- Collaborate with designer and project manager to define project requirements and timelines
- Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and page speed
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites
- Understand business needs and transform them into website functionalities
Qualifications
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
- Strong experience in building WordPress websites from scratch
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with visual builders (Oxygen and Bricks)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
