Black Anvil Creative is a small marketing agency located in Middlebury Indiana. Our current team of 9 cover print design, photography, 3D rendering, digital marketing, social media management and web development.  We are currently seeking a talented and innovative Web Developer with experience in WordPress to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, WordPress websites to best practices

• Convert full design mockups into functional websites using a visual builder

• Collaborate with designer and project manager to define project requirements and timelines

• Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and page speed

• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites

• Understand business needs and transform them into website functionalities

Qualifications

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP

• Strong experience in building WordPress websites from scratch

• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

• Familiarity with visual builders (Oxygen and Bricks)

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills
